Pilates Summer Camp in Hadley
Pilates everyday- 12-1pm! Sign up for one or two sessions.
Cost is $80 for each session and includes 3 mat classes (M,W,F) and 2 reformer classes (T, TH)

Mat Class Teacher Training at The Pilates Center of Western, MA
Learn to teach Pilates Principles and Classic Pilates Mat Repertoire
this course will also cover:
-Progressions and Variations with Small Apparatus
-Anatomy of the Core as it pertains to Pilates Mat
-Exercise sequencing
-Creative class structuring
-Pilates history and philosophy
-Marketing
-Professional Ethics
This course is perfect for any fitness professional or Pilates enthusiast
Saturdays 12:30-6:30
August 1, 8, 15, 22 (29 reserved for make-ups)
$900 by July 1st, $1000 by August 1st.
